Tiff’s Bright Idea

This is a series of quilts I made which were inspired by one lovely fat quarter bundle of Kaffe Fassett brights given to me by my sister, Tiffany.  If you’ve worked with fat quarters you know there is just enough of any one fabric to really whet your appetite, and not enough of any to make a complete project. Looking into the vastness which I call my sewing closet, I discovered there was no shortage of brights in attendance. Thus inspired I wondered what would result if I made a series of quilts, with essentially the same fabric, but different dimensions or accent colors.  If you look closely you will see that the same fabrics feature over and over again, yet the outcome is substantially different. The results pleased me greatly. These are some of the few quilts that I have kept for my own personal use.
